Minimally Invasive Surgery

In Minimally invasive surgery, surgeons use techniques in which they use less cuts, or incisions to operate the surgery. In MIS, one or more small incisions may be made in the body as per requirement. A laparoscope which has a thin, tube-like instrument with a light and a lens for viewing is inserted through one opening to guide the surgery.
